Shipping policy

All of our products are printed by our fulfilment partners around the globe. We use over 30 printing houses to ensure faster delivery and lower postal costs.

Your order will be printed in the closest printing office to your shipping address.

Where your order is printed in the same country to which it is to be shipped, we use a 48 hour shipping services. This excludes weekends and other national holidays. This service may take longer during busy periods such as Christmas or due to events beyond our control.

Where your order is printed in a different country to which it is to be shipped, the shipping time may be subject both to delays from customs clearance processes, and, the remoteness of the shipping address.

We provide tracking numbers for all shipped orders.

All items are packaged within strong packaging in made-for-purpose boxes or tubes.
