Refund policy

As all of our products are custom made to order, we cannot accept return items.

Damages, Wrong Items and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right. We have a no quibble policy for damaged, lost or wrong items.

We would ask that you contact us, preferable via your order page. Please include a photograph of the damaged item and packaging. This is to cover our insurance policy. We will respond to you very quickly and replace the item immediately. If you would prefer a refund, please let us know.

These issues are rare; most customers are very happy with their items.
